What you will do with us

We are developing a CRM system that connects relationship data (CRM) with transaction data (ERP), helping companies understand their customers in depth – in real-time. Our customers are Swedish companies with large customer bases, often in field sales, who need insight and structure in their customer management. Examples of customers include Åbro, Toyota, and Tele2.

As a full stack developer, you will be involved in the entire development chain – from idea to release. You will work closely with our tech lead and the team in Malmö and have a significant influence on both architecture and technology choices.

Examples of tasks:

• Develop our cloud-based platform with a focus on performance, scalability, and user-friendliness.
• Work with Node.js/TypeScript in the backend and React/React Native in the frontend.
• Provide a modern integration interface (API, Gateway, webhook) with documentation for easy ERP integration.
• Work with container-based solutions – Kubernetes and Google Cloud Platform.
• Build solutions that use RPC technology (e.g., RCP – Rich Client Platform); experience with gRPC is highly meritorious.
• Contribute to development related to GraphQL, automation, BI, and AI functionality.

We are located in modern premises in Fyrtornet in Hyllie, Malmö, and offer hybrid work.

About you we are looking for

We believe that you have several years of experience as a full stack developer and a burning interest in smart solutions. You have likely worked with some of the technologies we use, but above all, you are curious, quick to learn, and enjoy solving problems. We are looking for the right person, not just the right CV.

You are likely:

• Self-driven and proactive, with a desire to improve both code and processes.
• Comfortable working in a team and contributing your knowledge.
• Structured, quality-conscious, and solution-oriented.
• Used to taking responsibility – but also to asking for help when needed.

Swedish and English in speech and writing are a requirement.
