What does the role offer?
In this role, you will be part of a team working in customer service across different countries and languages. You will:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Handle complaints and returns in a solution-oriented manner.
- Provide guidance on products, services, and processes.
- Identify and resolve customer issues quickly and effectively.
- Escalate more complex cases to the appropriate department.
- Follow up on customer cases and gather valuable feedback.
- Actively suggest improvements based on customer needs.
- Perform administrative tasks such as documenting customer contacts in our CRM system, updating customer information, and creating reports.
Who are you?
It is a requirement that you are fluent in Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish. Since Swedish is the corporate language, it is also important that you can communicate fluently in Swedish. You have a high school education and experience in customer service, communication, or feedback management. We see that you have experience in customer service and working with improvement work and customer feedback. If you have experience with systems like Salesforce, Dixa, or similar, that is also an advantage but not a requirement. As a person, you are solution-oriented, flexible, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can make quick decisions. You have an empathetic ability and are attentive to the customer's needs while being self-driven and responsible. We also value that you are a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues and wants to contribute to developing both work methods and customer experience.
