About the job:

A young man with autism has moved into his own apartment and needs a stable, safe home environment. There is a need for two people around the clock who together create this for him based on his conditions.

You will of course also work around and maintain daily routines, household tasks such as cooking, cleaning, etc., while creating quality of life for the client.

About you we are looking for:

Are you a secure person? Can you handle others' emotions without taking them over? Great, that's exactly what is needed for the job! If you are someone who stands firm when the winds blow and have a generally positive and cheerful attitude towards things, you have an advantage as well.

We also believe that you are great at collaborating, finding solutions, and making decisions.

Previous experience with autism is a plus.

Sign language is a plus.

About the positions:

Summer substitute

Hourly substitute as needed

24-hour shifts, double staffing around the clock

We conduct background checks before employment.
