As a pharmacist at Hjärtat, you will work alternately with counseling and sales within prescriptions and self-care. In this role, you contribute your pharmaceutical expertise, commitment, and experience to better health for our customers and the success of the pharmacy.

Apotek Hjärtat in Lidingö Centrum is a well-visited pharmacy with many customers throughout the day. We have a large and fresh self-care and prescription area with 5 prescription channels.

Our customers are primarily many regulars, people who live or work in Lidingö.

The pharmacy is located in a pleasant center with various types of shops, eateries, etc.

It is easy to get to Lidingö Centrum, subway from T-Centralen to Ropsten takes 10 minutes, and then a bus for 5 minutes over the bridge.

We always strive to provide the best service to our customers and support each other. As a pharmacist, you do not work alone; we always have at least 2 pharmacists during opening hours.

For me as a pharmacy manager, the most important thing is that you enjoy working with customers and collaborating with colleagues. No one knows everything, but together we can achieve almost anything.

I also think it is important for employees to see the bigger picture, to have the willingness to improve and develop in terms of reaching goals, developing the business, and the team.

• The staff group consists of 7 pharmacists and 4 technicians/advisors, 1 stock picker, and additional staff mainly for self-care.
• The position is a permanent employment, full-time or part-time.
• We are open 09-19 on weekdays, 10-16 on Saturdays, and 12-16 on Sundays.
• In the summer, we have slightly shorter opening hours as we adjust to the center's opening hours.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacist and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and engagement in meeting customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/Apotek Hjärtat.
• You take responsibility for handling the demands placed on you as a pharmacist and seek help from your team when needed.
• You contribute with a positive attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life.
