Job Responsibilities

Our task at Driver Testing is to conduct tests within the areas of driving licenses and professional traffic. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to ensuring that each customer feels welcome, receives clear information, and has the best conditions to demonstrate their skills.

The tasks vary, and the team rotates throughout the day to perform different duties. In your daily work, you will meet many different customers, so approachability and clear information are important parts of your job. Your responsibilities include the authority's task of conducting knowledge tests both in groups, individually, and sometimes with an interpreter. At times, the work involves a fast pace, so you need to thrive in that as part of the job, and you will work according to a set schedule, with work at other locations occurring. You will, among other things, work with:

• Reception duties
• Conducting knowledge tests
• Scheduling knowledge and driving tests
• Answering customer inquiries
• Administration of driving license photos in connection with driving tests and renewals
• Performing general office tasks

Qualifications

Who are you?

You will be our face to the public and the first person our customers meet, so we see you as a confident and service-oriented person who enjoys meeting new people. It is important that you are a communicative person, meaning you convey messages clearly and respectfully and adapt your communication to the recipient. You have a positive attitude and are eager to contribute to good teamwork. Additionally, you have a flexible and problem-solving approach, and you can easily adapt to new circumstances and situations, always with the customer's and organization's best interests in mind.

We are looking for someone who:

• has completed secondary education
• is at least 23 years old, which is the minimum age to conduct knowledge tests according to the Transport Agency's regulations
• has several years of relevant work experience with physical customer interactions, such as in reception/customer service/information desks with frequent customer contacts
• has good written Swedish skills
• has good spoken Swedish skills
• has basic spoken English skills
• has good computer skills and is familiar with working in the Office suite
• has a valid driver's license for passenger cars
