We are a girl and a boy, both 5 years old, looking for assistants for our newly started team in Avesta. In our free time, we enjoy crafting, reading, or listening to a book. Our support needs mainly concern physical aspects, which can sometimes be demanding, so we are looking for someone with good physical fitness.

We can tell you what we want, but it is still necessary to be attentive and able to read body language. Most of what we learn, we learn together, as the needs, just like for everyone else, are individual. We would like you to have experience working in a similar role, but the most important thing is, of course, the chemistry between us.

It is important to us that our assistants are cheerful, imaginative, and take their own initiatives so that we have a fun and meaningful everyday life with people we can rely on.

During the day, we attend preschool, and our assistants are welcome to join us there. We would like our assistants to encourage play with our friends while maintaining a low profile in between.

We are looking for 8 assistants working 90%. The shifts are scheduled for days, evenings, weekends, and awake nights.

Meritorious:

Experience working in a family

Requirements:

Driver's license

Proficiency in the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

Criminal record extract to work with children within LSS
