Humana Hägerneholm is a newly built and modern nursing home nicely located in a residential area in Arninge in Täby. The facility has a total of 90 places and we offer permanent accommodation for people with both somatic issues and dementia.

Job description

As a nurse at Humana Hägerneholm, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, following up, and evaluating nursing measures. You are also an important part of the development of the competence of the organization and your colleagues, as you will train and guide the nursing staff when needed.

Examples of tasks

• Perform independent assessments, medical treatments, and nursing interventions
• Manage and follow up documentation and deviations
• Be present during the move-in of new clients and be responsible for delegating health and medical care tasks

About the employment

As a nurse at Humana Hägerneholm, you will work weekdays during the day and every fourth weekend. Our weekly working hours for nurses are 37 hours/week.

Employment rate: 100% or by agreement. Individual salary setting, other compensation according to collective agreement.

Start date: By agreement

Who are you?

For this position, you need to be a licensed nurse, preferably with experience in elderly care. As a person, you are unpretentious, solution-oriented, organized, and responsible. You have a positive outlook and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. To thrive and succeed in the role, we prefer that you have an easy time building relationships and have good collaboration skills.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a licensed nurse
• Has knowledge of documenting in journal systems (ICF or VIPS)
• Possesses good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience working in elderly care
• Experience working with people with dementia
• Experience from privately run operations

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you can present valid ID and any documents that prove your right to work in Sweden.
