NURSING ASSISTANT/ADMINISTRATOR

Doktor Hemma AB provides healthcare services to individuals and companies. Our idea is to offer first-class home care to those who value quality and personal interaction. Doktor Hemma aims to be an alternative to the role of health centers, where our nurses and doctors visit customers at home. Our target groups also include hotels, embassies, and media companies. We also offer services to businesses, such as health examinations, certificates, and support in workplace safety. We are growing and are now looking for:

Nursing Assistant, also with administrative work, initially 50% but with the possibility of an extended position in the fall.

Your tasks will include:

- Receiving booking requests from our customers via phone and email.

- Distributing bookings to our doctors and nurses

- Scheduling our staff

- Administering contracts with customers and suppliers

- Some financial work

- Acting as a coordinator between healthcare providers, medical services, and our customers

Additionally:

- Sample collection, both at the clinic and during home visits, hotels, and companies

- Conducting examinations in connection with health checks and certificates

We are looking for someone who loves both close patient work and all types of administration. You enjoy working in a growing organization. You are meticulous and have good control over workflows and see what needs to be done. The pace of work can sometimes be high as our customers have high demands, so you need to be stress-resistant. We prefer that you have experience in financial handling, and if you also have experience with medical record systems, that is a plus.

Start date according to agreement

Requirement for a B driver's license
