Vallmo is looking for new stars to join our amazing team at the office in Visby – now it's your turn to be part of it! We have received more customer service and reporting assignments and we need more wonderful people who want to make a difference. Are you looking for your first job and want a chance to truly develop? Then this could be something for you!

We will teach you everything you need to know to receive alarms, handle reports, and provide great customer service to our clients. We use many different systems and handle cases both via phone and video, so you need to be comfortable and self-sufficient in using a computer and phone – for everything else, we will provide you with all the training you need!

When you're done, you will have lots of new skills and know a lot about many things! If you are curious, positive, and enjoy learning new things, you will thrive like a fish in water with us.

What we are looking for:

• You are a cheerful and curious person who enjoys helping others
• You are comfortable working both independently and in a team
• You are comfortable using a computer and phone
• And most importantly: You are ready to develop and take on new challenges!

Vallmo is open 24/7, so for this position, you need to be flexible and able to work on a rotating schedule, with shifts in the morning, evening, and weekends.
