Property Manager Wanted for Exciting Consulting Assignment

Are you an experienced property manager passionate about managing and developing properties? At Jefferson Wells, we are currently seeking a property manager for an exciting consulting assignment with a government agency in Stockholm. Do you have experience in commercial property management and thrive in a role with significant responsibility? Then this could be the assignment for you!

Start: May 2025

Assignment Duration: 12 months with a chance for extension

About the Assignment

In the role of property manager, you will be responsible for managing several buildings within the regions of Stockholm, Södermanland, Värmland, Västmanland, and Örebro. You will play a central role in planning and developing the properties, as well as handling rental issues and regulatory requirements.

Your Responsibilities Include:

Financial monitoring and budgeting
Ongoing management of buildings within the specified regions
Leasing of premises and rental negotiations
Representing the agency as the property owner in negotiations
Planning and ordering maintenance of buildings in collaboration with project managers and contractors
Handling tenant adjustments
Monitoring operational contracts and regulatory requirements

Who We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a strong management background and experience in commercial property management. You are analytical, structured, and have a good ability to communicate and relate to multiple stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who has:

At least three (3) years of experience in commercial property management in the last ten years, with the shortest assignment being at least 12 months
Education in property management or equivalent experience
Good knowledge of the Office suite
Excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written
