Laser Machining INC, LMI AB is an innovative laser company located in Nås, Dalarna. Since our inception in 1997, we have specialized in the sales, installation, and service of laser machines and components for the industry. With customers worldwide and a growing team of 12 employees, we are in an expansion phase and are now looking for a technically skilled service technician who wants to become part of our team.

About the Role

As a traveling service technician, you will be responsible for:

• Installation, service, and maintenance of laser systems for both new and existing customers.

• The ability to work with fine motor tasks.

• Providing support via phone and training for customers.

• Traveling for work, approximately 50–70 overnight stays per year, primarily within Sweden but also internationally as needed.

You will work independently and play a crucial role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction and the functionality of the systems.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• A technical background in electrical engineering, control technology, automation, or similar – experience with lasers is an advantage.

• Good computer skills and the ability to read technical drawings and electrical schematics.

• A solution-oriented mindset and a meticulous working style.

• Social skills, a good sense of service, and the ability to work in a structured manner.

• The ability to travel for work, assignments may last 1–5 days in a row.

• A valid driver's license (requirement).

• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
