About the Role

Your Responsibilities

As an Operations Technician, you will belong to the Ludvika/Grängesberg operations group, which is part of the Production Department. The group is responsible for operation & maintenance as well as projects within district heating. In the role of Operations Technician, you will perform operation and maintenance on our production and distribution facilities, thereby contributing to our customers receiving deliveries of environmentally friendly district heating. You will have a significant impact on the planning of operations, maintenance, and projects. You will be an important support in the daily and long-term operation and maintenance work to ensure facilities with high availability.

We work with continuous improvements, and in this work, you will play an important role in driving and implementing both large and small changes. We place great focus on safety in everything we do at our facilities, and it is our highest priority in daily work.

Your Area of Responsibility

• Operation and maintenance of our production and distribution facilities.
• Operation of loading machines is included in the position.
• Development and improvement of work routines and processes, with the possibility of having specific areas of responsibility within the production department.
• The position also includes on-call duty, solo work, and shift work depending on the season.

Requirements

In this role, you will learn a lot on the job, but to succeed, it is good if you have:

• Education as an operations technician or equivalent work experience.
• Good computer skills, basic knowledge of MS Office.
• It is important that you communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license B.
• Knowledge in process, electricity, control and regulation technology, maintenance, or mechanics is an advantage.
