As a spare parts salesperson, you assist our customers in the store, support our service workshop, and work closely with our claims center. You handle sales, ordering, and picking of spare parts and accessories, manage incoming orders via phone and web, and assist with inventory and deliveries. The role requires a strong focus on customer service, accuracy, while also being able to work efficiently.

Your skills

You are accustomed to working with a phone and computer as your primary tools. The job requires you to have good computer skills and the ability to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish. You have no problem working independently under your own responsibility. We prefer that you have a vehicle technical education or equivalent at least at the high school level, as well as a B driver's license. Familiarity with the systems TACDIS, Vida, Dialogys, Partslink, and Cabas is an advantage. Good references from similar work are a significant benefit.

Who are you

The position as a spare parts salesperson requires that you easily create relationships and deliver a good customer experience. You have an interest and knowledge of car parts and the ability to communicate with all types of customers and colleagues. An important prerequisite is that you are meticulous and have good planning and prioritization skills. You will thrive if you appreciate being part of a team, have good collaboration skills, but are also used to working independently under your own responsibility. Furthermore, we see that you are positive, punctual, and responsible with a strong work ethic.
