During spring and summer, Eltel carries out several installation works for large housing companies in Ludvika and soon also in Borlänge, where they are responsible for important technical installations and network solutions. The work can be performed in different locations based on the project you belong to, which means daily travel will occur. As a Technician at Eltel, you will work with cable pulling and the installation of cable ladders. An experienced technician will be on-site for guidance. Your tasks will include mounting access points in ceilings or on walls, which involves screwing in 4 screws and then clicking on an access point. Termination of CAT6 cables (common data network) will be done by the applicant, but there will be opportunities for more in the future.

The assignment is expected to start in March/April and begins with a 6-month probationary period, with a chance for extension/transfer. The work initially takes place at the client's site from 07:30 to 16:00 on weekdays and is based out of your nearest local office.

• Previous experience with fiber or electricity is advantageous.
• Manual B driver's license

This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting and then work out for Eltel. During the recruitment process, a background check will be conducted. In the long run, we also see you being security classified.
