We are now looking for a stable, structured, creative, and solution-oriented Property Caretaker to join our team.

Your Responsibilities

As a Property Caretaker at RFAB, you play an important role in the organization. You are responsible for the maintenance and management of properties and land together with your colleagues.

You plan, structure, and organize the work and manage the daily operations.

The work includes ongoing maintenance, minor repairs, installation, cleaning, as well as troubleshooting and care of technical equipment and vehicles.

The role also includes some administration such as invoice management, time reporting, and fault reporting.

The work is scheduled during daytime, but during the winter season, weekend work may occur in connection with snow duty.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Property technical education or equivalent work experience
• Other education or experience suitable for the role in heating/ventilation/electricity/construction/plumbing/construction machinery
• Loader training is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• A valid driver's license (B)

Good to Know

The position is full-time. Permanent employment. Monthly salary. Monday to Friday, we apply flexible working hours.

The work area is in our apartments and premises located throughout Rättvik municipality.
