We are looking for a caretaker for our cozy campsite in Tandådalen – just a stone's throw from the ski slopes and in the heart of the mountain world. This is more than a job – it’s a chance to be part of a fantastic place where peaceful nature meets vibrant outdoor life.

As a caretaker with us, no day is the same. This is an active and varied job where you will:

- Take care of minor repairs and maintenance on the premises

- Ensure that service buildings and facilities are clean and functional

- Monitor the outdoor environment and snow removal (depending on the season)

- Welcome guests and assist them on-site with tasks such as setting up RVs/trailers

You are an important part of our guests' experience – with your presence and commitment, you ensure that their stay is safe, smooth, and pleasant. Snow removal is a significant part of the work during peak season. Working hours vary depending on the season and include some weekend work during peak season. The position is 100% year-round and entails full-time employment with Caravan Club.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who:

- Enjoys physical work and thrives with many tasks at hand

- Has an eye for practical solutions – perhaps you have previous experience as a caretaker or in service roles

- Enjoys meeting people and providing good service

A valid driver's license (B) is required. Previous experience operating a wheel loader is a plus but not a requirement. If you have technical skills or experience from similar environments, that is a significant advantage.

Caravan Club of Sweden is the largest membership organization for mobile outdoor life in Sweden. Our club has about 30,000 member families and is one of the country's largest private campsite owners with facilities from Sturkö in the south to Norträsk in the north.

At our campsite in Tandådalen, there are 770 caravan pitches during the winter season and 50 guest pitches; during the summer, there are instead 75 caravan pitches. The campsite is modern and well-equipped, and even though we can sometimes have up to two thousand people, it never feels cramped. Today, 3 full-time employees work at the campsite in various roles, and these will be your closest colleagues.
