Previous experience in similar work or relevant education is an advantage, but the greatest emphasis will be placed on personal suitability as the position involves very close collaboration with the customer.

ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for personal assistants for our customer in Karlskoga. You should be an active person who enjoys training as the customer has a strong interest in training and attends rehabilitation frequently. You will be involved in the customer's daily life, which means accompanying them to school, training sessions, and social activities.

We prefer that you are between 25-37 years old to be the perfect match for our customer. You need to be strong in yourself as the job involves transfers and driving a wheelchair. You cannot have back problems as the customer is undergoing rehabilitation training.

It is very important that you are flexible, quick-thinking, and attentive to how you can best assist the customer based on their needs. At times, you will be part of a work team and should therefore also have good teamwork skills.

Working hours and employment rate: 100%

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement. Other compensations are according to collective agreements.
