What do we do? At Nytida, you will meet people who have different needs for support and care. It is about supporting children, young people, and adults with disabilities or psychosocial issues. Together we cook, clean, go on excursions, exercise, talk, and much more. We are looking for you who want to get to know, understand, and be a part of another person's life.

About Nytida Yxe Herrgård Yxe Herrgård started in 1984 and we have 50 places for people over 18 years old with substance abuse and mental disabilities. At Yxe Herrgård, we offer care and treatment based on an individual, cognitive approach in a safe and homely environment – with the person at the center. About 30 employees work at Yxe Herrgård. We who work here are nurses, psychologists, psychotherapists, treatment pedagogues, nursing assistants, etc. We have extensive experience and competence in our respective fields. Staff receive ongoing further education within our areas of operation.

In the role of summer substitute, you will start from the residents' individual needs and wishes and provide support in daily life based on a pedagogical approach. Together with other employees, you will work towards making the day meaningful and rich in content. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the work is to stimulate and motivate the resident to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans.

Your experience and knowledge We believe that you who are applying to us:

We would like you to have good computer skills and experience with documentation is also an advantage. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow.
