Treatment Assistant at SiS Youth Home Bergsmansgården
The Swedish National Board of Institutional Care (SiS) is an authority responsible for individually tailored compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial issues and for adults with substance abuse. SiS also implements secure youth care. We do this in youth homes and homes for adults with substance abuse throughout the country. Working with us at SiS will be an exciting challenge. No matter where in our organization you work or what position you hold, you help create life-changing transformations.
SiS Youth Home Bergsmansgården receives non-school-attending girls. We operate in Fjugesta, thirty kilometers west of Örebro, and in Granhult, thirty kilometers north of Lindesberg. The girls come to us due to psychosocial issues and problems with crime or drug abuse.

Your tasks include monitoring the unit, documentation, and cleaning according to the department's routines. You assist the evening staff with evening routines and participate in handovers. The job can often be demanding but is also stimulating, joyful, and varied.
Our vision is to be a place for change, which permeates our approach, our commitment, and our attitude.
Working hours are according to the schedule, night – on weekdays and weekends.
As a new employee, you will undergo SiS basic training for 10 weeks. The training combines theory with a guided introduction and prepares you for the treatment role in SiS operations.
