ABOUT THE POSITION

We are now looking for personal assistants for our client in Örebro.

Experience as a personal assistant or in care and support is an advantage but not a requirement. However, you must be social. It would also be beneficial if you live in Brickebacken. We are currently seeking reinforcement for our team for a young woman living in Örebro who requires double assistance, meaning two personal assistants at certain times of the day.

We are therefore looking for personal assistants who can work full-time, part-time between 12-25 hours a week, or in our staff pool.

As a personal assistant, you will actively help the customer in their daily life with everything from personal hygiene to household chores. You will participate in the activities that the customer has and work based on the wishes and needs of the customer.

How would you describe yourself?

I enjoy being active and like to do things such as going out, watching movies, attending concerts, and traveling abroad. I also enjoy being at home reading books and watching series/movies, and I have a great interest in following motorsport on TV, especially speedway and Formula 1.

What does it mean to work for you?

Working for me means that you are my arms and legs, helping me manage all the everyday tasks as I am in a wheelchair. The work shifts are designed one day at a time, with sleeping nights in an assistance center.

What are you looking for?

It is very important that you are flexible, quick-thinking, and attentive to how you can best assist the customer based on their needs. You will sometimes be part of a work team and should therefore also have good collaboration skills.

Salary: The hourly wage is fixed according to agreement. Other compensations are made according to collective agreements.
