We are looking for a female personal assistant with experience in working with youth for a 23-year-old blind girl with multiple disabilities. You should be between 18–40 years old, have a childlike spirit, and preferably live in the Örebro municipality. On weekdays, she attends daily activities and leisure activities, and she lives with her family.

She needs help with daily tasks such as household chores, cooking, cleaning, supporting her during mealtimes, personal hygiene, reading, accompanying her to leisure activities, and being able to manage long walks, etc.

It is especially important that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language to be able to provide visual interpretation, communicate, read, write, and document. As a personal assistant, you are her eyes, support, and guide.

The user is interested in animals, so you should not have allergies. She likes horses and rides once a week.

Playing an instrument, being interested in music, and singing are requirements. The user plays the piano and accordion and enjoys singing.

Being able to cycle and swim is a requirement as the user enjoys these activities.

Being able to handle a computer is a requirement since the user uses a computer.

As an assistant, you should be a creative, active, responsible, and reliable person.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and an interest in working as a personal assistant. It is important that you are punctual and can keep schedules, but also flexible and able to step in at short notice when regular staff are absent.

Smoke-, drug-, and alcohol-free.

The workplace is the user's home in Adolfsberg/Brunnsgärdet.

It is a plus if you have a driver's license.

Position: 25% - 50%
