About the Organization

There is an adult unit that includes financial support, addiction care, outpatient care, and assistance handling. Within the child and family unit, there are investigation groups, family law, foster care secretaries, child monitors, and outpatient care.

Job Responsibilities

As a family law secretary, you will work with custody, housing, and visitation investigations. You will handle paternity cases, adoptions, mediation meetings, and quick inquiries to the district court. The family law unit also offers advice and support to those in the municipality who need help with family law issues.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

• A degree in social work
• Experience in public authority work and specifically investigative work involving children and youth
• Knowledge and ability to document accurately and legally
• Previous experience with family law issues
• The ability to structure and plan your work as needed
• Very good knowledge of legislation and all types of processing within family law work
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.

Meritorious

It is advantageous if you have several years of experience in all areas of family law work, as well as experience with the operational system Lifecare.
