The Finance and Quality Department is a central department within the Municipal Management Administration and consists of three units: financial support, controller support, and Governance and Analysis. You will be part of the Financial Support unit, where we currently have 15 employees.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for someone who wants to help develop and manage Enköping Municipality's financial and invoicing systems! As a system administrator, you will play a central role where you are responsible for both the development and ongoing management of our systems. You will act as the link between system suppliers, administrations, and internal users. You are also expected to support the organization in system administrative matters.

An important part of your role is also to be the object manager for the financial object within our system management. This means that you drive and coordinate the development of systems and working methods related to the financial area. We work according to the PM3 model, where the object manager role is central to ensuring both stable management and effective business development.

Your main tasks will include:

• Management and development of the financial system Unit4 ERP and the invoicing system Visma Proceedo
• Be the object manager for the financial object and lead development and management according to PM3
• Drive digitization and improvements of processes and working methods
• Document routines, processes, and working methods
• Support and assist our internal departments and users in system-related matters
• Follow up on tests, manage system incidents, and ensure that the systems function optimally

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in financial systems and a good understanding of financial processes. You have experience working as a system administrator or superuser within financial and invoicing systems. If you have also worked with Unit4 ERP and Visma Proceedo, it is a significant advantage. Experience in the role of object manager or similar within PM3 is also highly meritorious.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Experience in accounting and working within public operations (meritorious but not a requirement)
• Experience in leading and coordinating system development and process improvements
