Registrar Needed for Postnord Strålfors

This staffing is a collaboration between us at Manpower and Postnord Strålfors. You will be employed by Manpower but work on-site with the client.

Job Responsibilities

As a team member in Team VMS at Postnord Strålfors, the main tasks include completing and registering information from scanned documents and invoices.

In the role of registrar, we contribute to ensuring that deliveries reach customers with good quality and on time. In Team VMS, we are responsible for creating new document templates and maintaining existing templates in our systems. This contributes to increased efficiency and improved quality in our deliveries to customers.

Location: Rosersberg

Assignment Length: Immediate start until 30/9

Working Hours: Weekdays 07:00-15:30

Requirements for the Position

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good computer skills
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Experience in administrative work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in invoice management is a plus
• Knowledge of verification applications: RS Documents & Verify Invoices (5-8)
• Knowledge in templating
• Experience in similar tasks
