Management Leader for the Case Management System Artvise

We are looking for a management leader for the case management system Artvise at the administrative unit of the municipal executive office.

Artvise is one of the systems used by Sollentuna Municipality for internal and external case management, aimed at structuring and efficiently handling various types of customer cases.

As the management leader for Artvise, you are responsible for the management and primarily the development of the system's functionality and operation. You work at both operational and tactical levels, which means you are responsible for ensuring that the system functions in daily operations while continuously improving and driving the system's development forward together with users and suppliers.

Job Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include, for example:

• capturing user wishes and needs for requirements specification to the supplier and ensuring that improvements and adaptations are realized
• planning, ordering, and approving changes, upgrades, acceptance tests, and development efforts
• providing ongoing support for users in the system, including administering users and permissions
• responsibility for training users regarding the system's functions and advising on effective working methods based on the system's capabilities
• updating and maintaining user documentation such as manuals, etc.
• establishing other relevant documentation about the management object
• calling and leading management meetings together with the supplier and other roles in the organization, such as IT management leaders, digitalization leaders, and data protection coordinators.
• monitoring contracts and licenses and maintaining other contact with the supplier
• ensuring that the system handles information in accordance with all relevant legislation, including information security, privacy legislation, and IT security from a technical perspective
• ensuring continuity planning and communication in the event of downtime
• responsibility for annual planning and follow-up of budget and activities for the management object

Qualifications

In this role, you have many different contact points both internally and externally, which places high demands on your ability to collaborate and build relationships with others. You are service-oriented and have a professional customer approach while easily understanding the needs of the organization and seeing solutions. Taking responsibility, being results-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to plan and structure your daily work effectively is essential.

You have a university or college degree in a relevant field, or have acquired equivalent experience in the workplace. You also have experience working as a system manager, management leader, or a similar role in a larger organization. You have experience working in Artvise or another comparable case management system. You speak and write fluent Swedish.

Other Necessary Qualifications Include:

• Experience in supplier management
• Necessary technical competence to understand the connections to IT infrastructure and the system's dependencies on other systems
• Knowledge of information security and IT security
• Experience working with PM3 as a management model
