Description

We are now looking for an experienced E2E Test Leader for an exciting assignment in the public sector.

In this role, you will play a central part in a comprehensive transformation initiative related to changes in unemployment insurance. To ensure that the entire solution maintains high quality, we are looking for someone who is confident in taking overall responsibility for test management, has the ability to see the big picture in complex flows, and enjoys collaborating across system boundaries.

Responsibilities

As an E2E Test Leader, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing tests to ensure that functionality works consistently across the entire solution. You will work closely with development teams, testers, and other relevant roles, both internally and externally, to identify and drive test flows across multiple systems. You will also ensure that technical prerequisites such as test data are in place, document results, and communicate any obstacles to the responsible parties in the project.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Competence level: 9–12 years of experience
• At least 5 years of experience as a test leader
• At least 5 years of experience reading technical documentation, such as system sketches and flow descriptions
• At least 5 years of experience identifying and specifying test flows that span multiple systems
• Conducted E2E testing in at least 5 larger projects
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience with Jira X-Ray
• Experience with API testing
• Ability to create relevant E2E tests based on flow descriptions, including happy path and side flows
• Experience coordinating and planning test work with various teams and technical personnel from external parties
• Ability to ensure technical prerequisites, including test data
• Experience documenting and verifying test results as well as reporting progress and escalating obstacles
