ABOUT THE POSITION

Precio Fishbone is a leading specialist with extensive experience in modern IT solutions and is always ready to guide clients through their digital transformation with simplicity and efficiency. They are currently seeking an IT Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and coordinating development for one of their clients, a government agency that is on an exciting journey towards future digital solutions.

In this role, you play a central part in the client's digitalization journey, where you and the team modernize and streamline the system landscape within data collection, statistics, and e-services, always considering data sensitivity. Your mission involves leading this work, where you, together with the developers, create conditions for a secure and smooth digitalization. You are responsible for both new development and management, supporting the developers in their daily work and ensuring that projects are carried out efficiently, using agile methods and clear communication between all parties. The work will also involve requirement management and the development of solution proposals for future solutions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

Drive development and management of IT systems together with developers and the business
Act as ScrumMaster when needed
Support and ensure that developers can focus on their tasks
Communicate broadly with developers, the business, and other organizational parts such as IT security and Enterprise architecture
Support the business with requirement gathering, analysis, and future planning
Work with both short- and long-term planning to ensure smooth development and meet the client's needs

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

Has at least 8 years of work experience as an IT project manager or similar
Is fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Has a technical background through work experience or studies
Has experience working with agile methods and approaches
Is strong in both communication and planning
Has experience in requirement management and gathering. Certifications in the area are a plus.
Has the ability to balance technical understanding with strong leadership and adapt to existing processes and structures.

It is a plus if you have:

Experience working with ITIL or PM3
