With us, you will work in varied support roles for one or more of our wonderful clients in the Stockholm area. The roles are matched based on skills, experience, and goals. At the clients, you will act as internal support and assist the organization's IT as needed. Our clients typically operate in complex IT environments with a primary focus on Windows (Mac may occur).

We are interested in you who have worked in IT support for companies and who currently hold a support technician role but want to continue developing within IT infrastructure, either as a generalist or specialist. Since we match different skill levels with suitable assignments, the most important factors are both your experience and who you are as a person.

At Thalamus, we believe that every employee plays an important role in our success. Therefore, we are looking for individuals who are flexible, social, helpful, and pleasant - preferably with a strong desire to grow and develop within IT infrastructure.

To be considered for the role, we would like you to have a few years of experience in IT, such as Windows, Active Directory, Azure, Intune, o365, ÄHS, and Teams.
