IT Support Technicians Wanted in Östersund

Centric is now looking for several skilled and engaged IT support technicians with a passion for IT and service for consulting assignments with our client in Östersund.

Job Responsibilities

As an IT support technician in Östersund, you will work in first-line support, helping users via phone and/or email with IT-related issues. Your tasks will include managing accounts in Active Directory, administration in Microsoft Office 365, and troubleshooting related to Windows environments and customer-specific applications. Your primary responsibility will be to provide support via phone, email, and remote access. You will also register cases in a case management system.

Your Profile and Qualifications

You have a genuine interest in technology and a desire to provide support. As a person, you are responsible and driven with a professional demeanor. You enjoy being helpful and want to give customers a great experience. Furthermore, we see that you can support and guide customers in a pedagogical manner via phone, email, and other media. You have a high school diploma, preferably in IT technology. You are a stable and secure person with the communicative ability to constructively engage in dialogue with customers and colleagues.

Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in IT support or Service or BackOffice functions
• Some form of IT education or completed IT courses
• Express yourself very well in both spoken and written Swedish and English
• High communicative ability
• High pedagogical ability
• Good technical knowledge
• Very high service orientation
