Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will be involved in driving a consulting assignment for a client in the technology-intensive manufacturing industry. As an industrialization engineer, you will among other things:

• Design and implement production solutions for new products
• Optimize existing production processes to ensure quality, delivery capability, and cost-effectiveness
• Collaborate closely with the development department and other technical functions to ensure smooth production flows
• Balance both operational and strategic tasks in a technically demanding environment

The work is primarily located on-site in Järfälla, with the possibility of some remote work.

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

• Engineering degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience in industrialization or production engineering in a similar role
• Documented experience in developing production solutions and driving efficiency projects
• Strong ability to act both practically and strategically in collaboration with technically oriented teams

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience from the defense industry or other highly regulated sectors
• Familiarity with working in project form where multiple departments and competencies collaborate
