Welcome to Capio Vårdcentral Broby! We are the small healthcare center with a big heart. You can reach us by bus, or if you come by car, there is free parking available. We are a cheerful team of 20 people caring for approximately 5,400 registered patients – today and throughout their lives.

We are now looking for you, a trained general practitioner, who has the opportunity to be part of the management team at the healthcare center as the MAL (medical responsible physician).

In your work as a specialist in general medicine with us, you will have a very varied job involving the investigation and treatment of patients of all ages. You will collaborate closely with other professionals at the clinic and handle both planned and acute visits. We work with rounds where you, as a doctor, together with the nurse, assess the patients. All doctors, rehabilitation coordinators, and a psychosocial resource collaborate regarding sick leave matters.

Supervision of resident doctors may also occur.

To be considered for this position, you must be a trained general practitioner. It is advantageous if you have previously worked at a healthcare center, but the most important thing for us is that you have the right attitude. You care about maintaining high quality in your work – always with a holistic perspective and with the patient in focus. We value team spirit and the ability to take initiative. As a person, you are clear and trustworthy and have a good ability to structure and prioritize.

You enjoy challenges, want to be involved in the development of the healthcare center, and see collaboration with colleagues as important parameters.
