Information about the workplace

We are a small family-oriented health center located at Fäladstorget in northern Lund.

As part of Praktikertjänst, we operate within Hälsoval Skåne. We have approximately 7000 registered patients. The workplace is well-staffed with 4 district doctors, ST doctors, a stable nursing team, as well as nursing assistants and secretaries. We offer diabetes and asthma/COPD clinics, as well as BVC and BMM. As a small unit, we work closely together to provide our patients with the best possible quality of care and a good reception. Short decision-making paths are central to ongoing improvement work.

Job Responsibilities

As a district nurse with us, you will work with a wide range of reception work, both with planned visits and acute patients of all ages. You will also work with advice and triage over the phone and digitally. You possess strong communicative and trust-building skills. You value close interdisciplinary collaboration where we learn from each other and develop together.

We value that you are proactive and have the ability to take initiatives to improve work processes and create an even better experience for our patients.

Qualifications

  • District nurse or Nurse
  • Primary care experience is an advantage
  • At least two years of experience in the profession
  • Fluent Swedish and good English
  • Great emphasis is placed on personal qualities

Your working method is evidence-based, sustainable, and efficient, and you strive for continuous development. You should enjoy working closely with doctors and other professional categories, where doors are open and we support each other. Additional Information

Working hours can be discussed, minimum 80%
