Vårdcentralen Linero Östra Torn is located in a part of Lund where many new housing developments are taking place and with good commuting opportunities. Here, specialists in general medicine and ST doctors work in a well-organized medical reception supported by nursing assistants and secretarial staff. We have experienced district nurses and registered nurses with their own specialist clinics in diabetes, asthma and COPD, incontinence, vaccinations, asylum, elderly care, and health talks. The health center also employs physiotherapists, occupational therapists, rehabilitation coordinators, social workers, psychologists, and dietitians. We also have a Child Health Center (BVC) and Maternal Health Care (BMM). Our management team is very present, and decision-making paths are short.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are expanding and are now looking for a district nurse. You will play an important role in one of the health center's three cross-professional teams with rounds once a week. Here, you will be offered a developing job with competent colleagues who, just like you, have a genuine interest in our patients' well-being.

The work at our health center is broad and varied. You will work with everything from reception work, telephone advice, e-services, real-time chat, and assessment and triage of acute patients arriving at the health center. If you feel very secure in your role as a district nurse in primary care, you may also have the opportunity to partially work from home as we have advanced in digital development with a modern and mobile work environment.

As a new employee, you will receive an individually tailored introduction. We work in an open climate and have open doors between our patient visits. You will have access to your own laptop and flexible working hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with permission to practice within Swedish healthcare, with further education as a district nurse. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are required. We would also like you to have work experience within primary care. If you also have knowledge of the PMO journal system, it is considered an advantage.
