About the Workplace

At Nord 2, our office is centrally located at Brigadgatan 4, and we work with clients living in Drottninghög, Ringstorp, and Fredriksdal. You will start from the unit's premises and travel by car or bicycle (if not within walking distance) between different clients, following a work schedule.

Job Responsibilities

With a health-promoting approach, you provide care in the form of personal support based on individual needs and conditions in the clients' homes, which are equipped with digital locks. As an assistant nurse, you primarily work independently and provide care in the form of personal care, support during meals, social interaction, and more.

You perform tasks delegated by a nurse, physiotherapist, or occupational therapist, such as training interventions, medication handover, and wound dressing. We work in teams with different professionals.

We work with a fixed care contact, and the job responsibilities also include documentation.

Qualifications

To proceed in the recruitment process, you need to be a trained assistant nurse, have basic computer skills and documentation experience. You should be comfortable working with various digital tools and have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. You should be willing and able to cycle for work.

If you have experience working as an assistant nurse and are familiar with Phoniro, LifeCare, Senior Alert, the BPSD registry, and have worked with Stjärnmärkt, it is a significant plus.

It is also advantageous if you have special training in palliative care, cognitive impairment, or psychiatry. A B driver's license is also an advantage for the position.

Working hours: In home care in Helsingborg City, you work on a schedule where working hours are allocated either during the day or evening. We are currently looking for an employee where the schedule currently applies to evening hours from 14:15 to 23:15, but it may change if the needs of the organization change. Therefore, you need to be able to work during the day as well.
