The Adult Psychiatric Clinic for Emotional Instability is a specialized treatment unit within psychiatric outpatient care in Lund. The clinic's work is multidisciplinary and team-based with evidence-based treatment programs and care interventions. The clinic offers Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Flexible Assertive Community Treatment (FACT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Pegasus, the family education program Familjeband, as well as supervision and training for other healthcare providers and organizations. The majority of the clinic's work consists of DBT and FACT. These treatment programs are comprehensive and performed by various professionals.

Ongoing development and research projects are constantly taking place within the clinic. Our unit is involved in various projects studying self-harming behavior and evaluating evidence-based treatment for Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder. The FACT team has recently participated in a research project via Ups and Downs that evaluated the FACT intervention in a general psychiatric population. RESPONSIBILITIES

Are you a licensed nurse with a genuine interest in complex psychiatry? Then we believe you could be the one we are looking for. The clinic is now seeking a nurse with an interest in personality disorders and self-harming behavior for primary service in our FACT team.

As a nurse with us at the clinic, your responsibilities will include acting as a primary care contact/case manager and contact person for patients, as well as initiating and following up on medication interventions, somatic checks, and participating in the multidisciplinary teamwork around the patients. You will work to provide support and educational interventions both individually and in groups. An important part of your work is to assist consultatively in the teamwork around the patients based on your professional role and expertise. A significant part of the work also involves collaboration with other healthcare providers, municipalities, and authorities.

You will work multidisciplinary in a team together with doctors, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, nursing staff, and medical secretaries in a work environment characterized by collaboration, trust, and evidence-based treatment work. QUALIFICATIONS

We now welcome you who are a licensed nurse and have an interest in complex psychiatric issues. Language skills in Swedish corresponding to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's level scale are a requirement for the position. As a nurse, you are an important part of the team and contribute knowledge in various contexts and for different target groups, so it is important that you have prior knowledge of self-harming behavior and personality disorders. Since a large part of the work takes place in the patients' homes, a B driver's license is required. If you have a specialist education in psychiatry, it is an advantage. We also prefer that you have training in conversation techniques such as step 1 CBT, DBT, or similar.
