Where you will work

The home healthcare service Forenede Care in Vellinge is a professional organization with ambitions. The organization operates under LOV agreements with a focus on patient and quality work. We work with the intention of good collaboration internally and with home care and other parties. The organization is characterized by a high and broad competence with varied experience. We are a staff group consisting of occupational therapists, dementia nurses, district nurses, physiotherapists, Silvia sisters, nurses, nursing assistants, service staff, operations managers, and assistant operations managers.

We are looking for someone who wants to work evenings and is confident in themselves and comfortable working independently. We seek someone with a strong commitment to the mission.

You need to have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, exude calm, be clear, communicative, and responsive.

You are responsible, independent, and confident in making priorities and leading others. You enjoy mentoring staff in health and medical issues, are unpretentious, and are motivated to organize care in the best way together with your colleagues.

You collaborate with colleagues, doctors, and possibly others, both internal and external contacts, to ensure good care.

Job Description

As a nurse in the evening, you work broadly within all teams together with a colleague. In the evening, in addition to ordinary housing, you will also be responsible for special housing and short-term care in the municipality. We are looking for a permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. Employment rate of 75.68% with a start date immediately or by agreement.

• Licensed nurse
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in speech and writing
• Driving license B
• Weekend work every 3rd weekend

We would like you to have previous experience in home healthcare.

To thrive in the position, you are engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at creating good relationships and being service-oriented. With us, we work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you will need to show an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
