The health center is centrally located in Kävlinge, and we offer quality care for the whole person. We have over 10,800 registered patients, with varying ages and backgrounds.

At the health center, there are about 45 employees who all strive to provide the best care to all our patients. Our focus is on a good working environment and a climate where we work safely and with high-quality care. There is also a child health center (BVC) and a midwifery clinic (BMM) that provide a complement in daily life and continuity for our patients throughout their lives. For us, teamwork and collaboration between professions are essential for our success, and it is something we constantly work on to improve.

With us, nurses, doctors, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, dietitians, medical secretaries, psychologists, receptionists, and social workers collaborate to provide the best possible care and service. The health center also has several training places in various professional categories.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We welcome another district nurse to our pleasant health center.

As a district nurse with us, you will work with outpatient care, telephone counseling, and triage at the health center. Your role with us is incredibly central and requires close interdisciplinary collaboration with other professional categories. We who work here value our excellent collaboration, which contributes to a good working environment and patient-safe care. Several employees have worked at the health center for many years, and recently we have also welcomed new colleagues. This means that we now have a good and creative combination of experience and innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with the authority to practice within Swedish healthcare. Additionally, you have further education as a district nurse or other specialist training that the employer deems relevant. You have language skills in Swedish that at least correspond to level C1 according to the Council of Europe’s level scale. Furthermore, experience in primary care and/or triage, both in-person and via phone, is considered meritorious for the position.
