The Community Building, Culture, and Public Health Administration (SKF)

is one of the country's broadest and most diverse administrations and includes seven units (Emergency Services, Environmental Unit, Planning and Building Unit, Technical Unit, Meal Unit, Culture Unit, and Recreation Unit) as well as an administrative staff. Our goal is to be a forward-leaning, change-oriented, and service-minded administration that is held together by our common development work and our striving to enhance each other's skills in our respective professions. At SKF, we work at a fast pace with the broadest palette of municipal tasks, which requires our employees to look beyond their respective areas to contribute to a whole within the administration. In our operations, we respond to three political committees: the Community Building Committee, the Culture & Public Health Committee, and the Conflict of Interest Committee.

The administrative staff's work aims to support the entire administration's work with effective administration with the highest possible legal certainty and quality. This includes committee administration, financial planning and follow-up, digitization, invoice management, investigation work, etc. The staff consists of nine people who work towards the Community Building Committee and the Culture and Public Health Committee as well as the administration's seven units.

About the Position

The position consists of two parts.

First, to coordinate and develop the administration's internal and external communication by collecting, prioritizing, and structuring the communicative processes. The assignment includes being the administration's bridge to the municipality's central communication unit, being responsible for gradually increasing the communicative competence within the organization, and being responsible for the administration's web council that manages visibility and communication on both internal and external websites.

Secondly, to be an investigation and processing resource within the administrative staff and in that role, together with other staff members, be responsible for processing and process management of the tasks delegated by the head of the staff. Within the framework of the investigation part, it also includes being the coordinator for the preparedness work that takes place within the administration. If you lack experience in preparedness work, do not worry; we will ensure that you receive the information and training needed.

We are looking for someone who wants to help develop the communicative ability within one of Sweden's broadest and most varied administrations. We have consciously worked on our communicative ability for several years and are now ready for the next step.

You are a structured and self-driven relationship builder with a good sense of what it means to be a support function and part of a service culture that should enable others to succeed in their respective missions.

We want you to have a degree at the university level or equivalent in a relevant field such as communication, public administration, or equivalent.

Experience working in public administration is advantageous, as is experience in communication coordination, investigation, or processing within municipal operations or experience in preparedness coordination.
