We are looking for an HR Generalist for the HR unit within the Technical Administration

The role of HR Generalist with us

As an HR Generalist with us, you will work centrally in the administration. Your main task is to support our managers in matters related to the work environment, with a particular focus on driving and developing the administration's work and processes within the work environment area, primarily related to physical work environment. The role may also include elements of other operational HR issues as needed.

Your tasks include following up, analyzing, and developing strategies for work environment efforts, as well as being proactive in the administration's operational work environment efforts. You collaborate with and assist both managers and employees as well as safety representatives in the work with, for example, work environment plans and safety rounds. Furthermore, you work on interpreting legislation and work environment regulations and then updating managers with current information.

You will be part of a team consisting of another HR Generalist and our HR manager. You will also collaborate with the municipality's other HR functions and participate in municipal HR network meetings. We have a good collaboration while working with freedom under responsibility and have great opportunities to influence.

We are looking for someone who:

has a university degree in HR or work environment or other education and/or experience that we consider equivalent
has several years of work experience in the work environment area and is used to supporting managers in this area

It is an advantage if you have:

experience of working with work environment in larger organizations or public sector
a B driver's license

Our offer and additional information

We offer a fixed-term full-time position for about one year with a start in early June 2025 by agreement.
