Your Tasks

As a financial administrator, you will have a varied and important role where you manage both Sia Glass and Berte Qvarn. During weeks 27-28, you will receive training, and during weeks 29-32, you will handle your tasks independently. There will be some support via phone during weeks 29-32.

Main Responsibilities

At Sia Glass

• Customer payments and invoicing
• Handling daily cash for the store and café
• Reconciliation of Swish payments
• Supplier invoices in Medius
• Handling supplier payments
• Switchboard and reception

At Berte Qvarn

• Customer payments and invoicing
• Reminder management
• Documentation in Excel

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with previous experience in financial administration or similar tasks. You have studied basic accounting, are confident, independent, and used to taking responsibility. Since you will need to answer the switchboard phone, we also see that you are comfortable with this as well as handling visits.

As a financial administrator at Sia Glass and Berte Qvarn, you will have a responsible role in a family business with a history. Here you will come to a workplace where ice cream and flour meet – can it get any better? You will also be surrounded by beautiful surroundings in Slöinge, Halland.

Success Factors

• Experience in financial administration
• Independent in your work
• We prefer that you live in Falkenberg or Halmstad
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
