Attendos elderly care home Fridhemsvägen in Ronneby looks forward to welcoming nursing assistants and care assistants to our fine operations with an introduction in the spring and work during the summer from week 25 to week 32. About the role

As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our clients. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a significant part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that brighten the everyday life of our elderly.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Personal care according to the organization's routines based on the client's individual needs and wishes
• If necessary, assist with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
• Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions
• Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, relatives, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

Qualifications

• Experience from care work in elderly care
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills/computer familiarity

Meritorious:

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits.

• Experience from care work in elderly care
• Experience of delegation.

About the recruitment process
