About the role

As a mobile pharmacist in Blekinge County, you will work alternately at the region's pharmacies in, for example, Mjällby, Karlshamn, Olofström, and Ronneby. Together with your colleagues at each pharmacy, you will work with counseling and sales of our products and medications. Being a mobile pharmacist means you will have a great variety in your daily work as you will be at different pharmacies based on our needs. Here we can truly say that no day is like the other! As a mobile pharmacist, you are expected to quickly familiarize yourself with the routines and working methods of the pharmacies you visit. Regardless of which pharmacy you work at, you act with care and commitment, truly putting the customer at the center and actively contributing to an enhanced customer experience. To facilitate your role as a mobile pharmacist, Apoteket offers, in addition to the base salary, a fee linked to mobile resources. This is intended to cover, among other things, travel costs and provide you with the conditions to thrive and develop in your role.

Your main areas of work

• Actively work in your customer meetings to create added value through counseling and cross-selling
• Contribute to achieving our goals regarding patient safety, quality, and sales
• Actively contribute to strengthening your team by sharing both knowledge and experiences
• Stay updated on our campaigns and contribute to our success in them
• Stay informed and knowledgeable about new assortments for the best customer care

Your competencies

For this position, we are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician with a genuine interest in pharmacy and medication use.

• You are service-oriented with a genuine interest in customer meetings and have experience working with advisory sales
• You are solution-oriented, which means you both see and act on challenges that arise
• You have good collaboration skills where you contribute to creating a well-functioning team
• You stay updated on changes in the external environment related to pharmacy and medication issues
• You have experience working with considerate upselling from a service perspective
