Lotta, who currently runs our clinics in Kalmar and Karlskrona, will now help even more people hear better in Kalmar, and therefore we are looking for you to take over and run an already established and successful private clinic in Karlskrona full-time. You must be confident in your profession as you will likely face various challenges and learn a lot, which can enrich your own skills and experience. Great emphasis will be placed on your ability to build relationships.
About the role
By being involved and responsible for the startup, you will build strong relationships in the local community, create a positive image, establish trust, and thus build a stable customer base with the following tasks:
- Helping several people hear better through individualized hearing rehabilitation within the framework of Audika's qualitative and established methods and structure.
- The position involves a significant amount of work under your own responsibility and requires you to actively contribute to the development and improvement of the business according to Audika's set goals.
- You will perform hearing rehabilitations, hearing aid fittings, and fittings of work aids and individually tailored hearing protection.
- You act as an independent entrepreneur and represent Audika to customers, patients, and partners.
- In collaboration with your immediate leader, you will actively work to develop the business by suggesting and providing solutions to improve the clinic's services and offer outstanding hearing care to customers.
Who are you?
- Licensed audiologist with at least 2-5 years of experience. If you lack experience, we will ensure an introduction plan and mentor to help you succeed in the role before you start at the clinic.
- Ability to work independently with high engagement to achieve the company's goals.
- Proactive.
- Strong desire and interest in helping others.
- Responsive, humble, and solution-oriented.
- Detail-oriented and responsible.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
- English is required as it is the corporate language.
- Flexible and enjoys various tasks, high and low.
- Great emphasis will be placed on your strength in building relationships and creating trust.
