As an occupational health nurse at Avonova in Karlshamn, you are an important support to our client companies, both managers and employees. You will work with health and working environment issues, responsible for planning and implementing various initiatives for our clients. The work is carried out both independently and in teams with professional colleagues who have medical, psychosocial, and administrative expertise.

Your tasks include, among other things:

• Support and advice to managers and client employees on health and working environment issues
• Statutory and general health examinations
• Health profile assessments
• Vaccinations
• Participate in rehabilitation together with the team
• Contact person for selected clients
• Planning and coordination of various initiatives for clients

Work will primarily take place at the health center in Karlshamn, but assignments may also occur at client sites and at some of our other health centers in the area. A driver's license and access to a car are therefore required.

Your education and experience

We are looking for a licensed nurse. It is highly meritorious if you have experience in occupational health. You have a health-promoting approach and a genuine interest in people, their health, and working environment. You who want to work and develop with us should enjoy working customer-oriented and have an easy time building relationships. You are secure, stable, and independent. You should be able to plan and conduct training. It is important that you enjoy collaborating in a team with colleagues, consisting of occupational health nurses, company doctors, physiotherapists, psychologists, nursing assistants, rehabilitation coordinators, occupational safety engineers, administrators, and organizational consultants.

We prefer that you are comfortable working in private practice and have a businesslike approach. You are structured and responsible, take initiative, and have a good ability to plan and organize. You should be comfortable communicating in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. Good IT skills in, for example, the Office package will significantly facilitate your work.
