JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be the patient responsible nurse for the patients living in your area or in the departments you are responsible for, and you will independently plan your work tasks. You are flexible and can adapt based on what the situation requires. You will work daytime and only every seventh weekend. In your role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders within municipal operations, health centers, etc., regarding patients based on Close Care for the patient. You will mentor nursing students in their final semester.

We work with coordinators during the weekend, among other things, to meet the increased needs for healthcare while maintaining high patient safety and a good stimulating work environment. Do you want to join us on this journey?

QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensed nurse
• Licensed nurse, with or without further education
• Driving license B
• Documented experience

You have several years of experience working as a nurse, as you are often alone at the patient's home and need to feel secure in medical assessments.
