About the position As a career coach, you will work to prepare and match job seekers to the labor market. You will help them create networks, contact employers, and find the right path to work or education.

Who are you? We are looking for someone who has a large personal network in Stockholm or is willing to actively work on creating and maintaining employer contacts. Experience in coaching is an advantage, and you should be comfortable working with computers and various systems.

Requirements: To be eligible as a coach in Rusta and match, you need to meet one of the following criteria:

1. University education of at least 180 credits (120 points according to the previous system) and at least two years of full-time work experience.
2. At least one year of full-time studies at the post-secondary level with a passing grade and at least three years of full-time work experience in one of the following areas:

• Management with personnel responsibility
• Recruitment
• Transition work for job seekers
• Study and career guidance
• Handling personnel issues (not just personnel administration)
• Work with labor and labor market issues
• Work with social and group psychology
• Career guidance

Post-secondary education can include university education or vocational training (KY/YH).
