Controller with experience in supplier management and procurement

Are you a controller with experience in supplier management and procurement, ready for something new where you can contribute your expertise and develop within IT? Join us at the Financial Supervisory Authority (FI)! We are a dedicated IT team working agilely to deliver services to FI's employees, the public, and companies under our supervision. We are now strengthening our IT organization.

About the job

As a controller in the IT business area, you will be responsible for driving overall contract, supplier, and delivery follow-ups as well as operational follow-ups related to created benefits. You will work on further developing and anchoring the allocation and follow-up of costs and support the area's managers in early procurement phases. This includes work with contract design, contract negotiation, supplier follow-up, license management, delivery follow-up, and cost follow-up. You will also have close dialogue with contract managers, delivery managers, and management responsible to proactively contribute to follow-up and reporting.

You will support the managers and the agency's financial controllers in the budget process and budget reporting as well as other financial issues to some extent. You will collaborate with other controllers in the work of developing overall result and operational follow-ups. Additionally, you will participate in the work of structuring and developing tools and services for follow-up of finances, project costs, service costs, and internal IT processes. You will contribute to the area's overall work with business planning, risk management, and competence issues. You will work independently with good foresight and proactively work to achieve set goals.

Your education and experience

We are looking for someone who

  • has previously worked with supplier management
  • has experience in procurement and the Public Procurement Act (LOU)
  • has very good knowledge of Excel
  • expresses themselves very well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing.

It is meritorious if you

  • have experience in the financial sector
  • have experience and competence as a controller, including a few years for an IT operation
  • have worked with finance, budgeting, and follow-up of projects, costs, and supplier costs
  • have experience from a government agency
  • have good knowledge of Agresso.

Our mission is broad, and our responsibilities range from ongoing operations, support, and security to the development and management of our systems, project management, architecture, procurement, and supplier management. Around 100 people work here, distributed across 5 departments and a staff.
