We are growing rapidly and are therefore looking for a Medical Secretary for Maya&Hugo BUMM Hallunda!

We are looking for someone eager to be part of this exciting journey with us.

We are a private healthcare provider operating on behalf of the Stockholm region, receiving children aged 0-17 on referral who need specialist care. We also conduct NEP assessments for children aged 14-17.

At our clinic, medical secretaries, nurses, doctors (pediatricians and ST doctors), and psychologists work together.

As a medical secretary with us, you will become a very important part of our operations. The main tasks include writing medical records, coding diagnoses and procedures, and registering healthcare contacts.

We are looking for someone with documented medical secretary training and who is familiar with working in Take Care. We expect you to have good knowledge of medical terminology, express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish, and be proficient in the Office suite. Experience from outpatient care is an advantage, as well as documented knowledge in diagnosis and procedure coding.

As a person, you have good collaboration skills and a flexible attitude. You are independent, meticulous, unpretentious, and positive.

Competence requirements:

Formal education as a medical secretary or healthcare administrator.

Good knowledge of the Office suite.

Good knowledge of the Swedish language, including medical terminology.

We are also looking for someone with experience in journal and referral management, as well as DRF classification and coding.

We are looking for someone who wants to work either part-time or full-time with immediate start. As a Medical Secretary with us, you have the opportunity to work from home and organize your work in a way that suits you best. Working hours are weekdays between 8 AM and 5 PM, with no inconvenient hours or weekends. We have a collective agreement.
