Your future workplace
We are now looking for a Backoffice & Finance Assistant for our client in Central Stockholm, who is active in real estate-related investments. You will work as a consultant through Inte Bara Post Bemanning and be placed at our client. This is a long-term assignment with a great chance of permanent employment.
Your role
In the role of Backoffice & Finance Assistant, you will have a broad and varied role. You will combine administrative and financial tasks. There is an opportunity to develop and gradually take on more responsibility within finance.
Your tasks:
- Handling and archiving of important documents.
- Mail handling and external contacts with authorities and banks.
- Administration of board and company documents.
- Ongoing bookkeeping and invoice management.
- Payment administration and transaction follow-up.
- Prepare materials for audits, reporting, and declarations.
- Assist with quarterly and annual reports.
- Other finance-related tasks as needed.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is structured, meticulous, and self-driven. You also have a good ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. To succeed in this role, we see that you have:
- Experience in administration and/or finance.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping and financial processes, or an interest in learning.
- Education in finance.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
