We are looking for an Accounting Assistant/Administrator at Logic IT, a rapidly growing company in IT and digital meeting experiences.

Logic IT is a full-service provider that designs, delivers, and installs meeting technology for medium and large companies and organizations across Sweden, as well as providing service and support throughout Europe.

Logic IT is in a strong growth phase and therefore needs to strengthen its finance department with an Accounting Assistant/Administrator. We are looking for someone with work experience in finance and administration, as well as interest and experience with systems, as system changes will occur in the future.

About the position

In the role of Accounting Assistant/Administrator, you will have a broad role focusing on tasks within finance alongside the Finance Manager. The role will also support our administrators with the order flow, which is a closely related process to finance.

Overall tasks:

• Accounts receivable and payable
• Manage incoming and outgoing payments and create payment files
• Ongoing bookkeeping and analysis
• Diverse tasks within the finance department
• Support our administrators in the order flow
• Become a super-user in new systems

About you

We are looking for someone with work experience in finance and administration. As Logic IT is a growth company, you need to be a quick learner, have a strong drive, and a desire to develop. You will have the support of an experienced and professional team and report to the Finance Manager.

To succeed in this role, you need:

• At least 1 year of work experience in finance and administration
• Have studied finance or similar at the high school level
• Be interested in finance and have the desire and drive to learn more in the field
• Be open and put the team before yourself
• Dare to express yourself and take initiative
• Be structured and meticulous in your work approach
• Have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written forms
